We invite proposals on cutting-edge and interdisciplinary topics, including but not limited to:

This list is indicative. Proposals on other relevant and innovative topics in computing, security, and digital forensics are equally welcome.

📌 Guidelines for Special Session Proposals

To ensure quality, diversity, and successful execution, the following guidelines must be strictly followed.

Submission Requirements

  • All papers undergo rigorous peer-review
  • Minimum of 6 accepted and registered papers required
  • Organizer co-authored papers must not exceed 60% of total submissions
  • Each author may submit a maximum of 2 papers
  • No more than 30% of papers from the organizers' own institution
  • Insufficient sessions may be merged with regular tracks

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Special Session Organizer, you will:

  • Define a focused and impactful session theme
  • Promote your session through academic and professional networks
  • Attract high-quality research contributions
  • Coordinate with the Technical Program Committee during review
  • Ensure timely communication and smooth session execution

Download the official Special Session Proposal Form (PDF) and fill it out completely before submitting.

Prepare Your Proposal

Include Session Title, Brief Description & Objectives, Scope and Topics Covered, and complete Organizer Details (Name, Affiliation, Contact).

Get HOD Signature

Obtain the signature of your Head of Department on the proposal form as required by the conference guidelines.

Email the completed proposal form to:

  • Potential Authors and Reviewers (Optional)
  • Expected Number of Submissions
  • Signature of HOD

All accepted papers in Special Sessions will be included in the official conference proceedings, subject to registration and presentation guidelines.
