Author Registration Rules & Instructions
Registration Requirement
- At least one author per paper must register for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
- If multiple authors of the same paper wish to attend, each must register separately.
- The registered author must present the paper at the conference (physically or virtually* (allowed on the permission of the chairs only)).
Note:
• Listeners do not need to submit a paper to register.
• Listener registration is mandatory to gain access to conference sessions and materials.
• Listeners will receive a participation certificate but not a paper presentation certificate.
Registration Process
- Authors must fill out the online registration form available on the official conference website.
- The corresponding author must ensure all co-authors are correctly listed in the registration form.
- Any errors in author details may lead to rejection or exclusion of the paper from the proceedings.
Registration Fee & Payment
- The registration fee is categorized as : Indian Delegates (Regular Author/Student Author/Industry Professional),Listner,International Delegates (Regular Author/Student Author/Other Participants).
- Fees must be paid before the deadline mentioned on the website.
- Payment must be made via the official payment methods (Online Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment processing.
Proof of Payment Submission
- After payment, authors must upload payment proof (transaction receipt/screenshot) through the registration portal.
- Registrations without payment proof will be considered incomplete and will not be processed.
Document Submission for Registration Verification
- Student Author: Must submit a valid student ID card or a bonafide certificate from their institution.
- Regular Author: Must provide an official institutional email or employment proof or Goverment ID.
- Industry Professionals : Must submit valid company identification or a letter from the employer.
- Foreign Author / Participants : May need to submit a passport copy for verification.
Registration Confirmation & Conference Access
- Once documents and payment are verified, authors will receive a registration confirmation email from conference chairs.
- Only registered authors will receive the conference kit, participation certificate, and access to sessions.
Paper Presentation & Attendance Requirement
- At least one registered author must present the paper during the assigned session.
- Failure to present the paper may lead to exclusion from the proceedings and future conferences.
- Virtual participants must ensure a stable internet connection and adhere to the online presentation guidelines.
- No refunds will be provided after the registration.
- If an author fails to attend the conference, no refund will be issued.
- The organizing committee holds the right to reject or revoke registration in case of rule violations.
- No refunds will be provided in case of disqualification.
